Location Assignments

For multi-location churches, you can assign users to specific campuses or sites.

Why Assign Locations?

  • Relevant Content: Users see prayer requests from their location first
  • Local Moderation: Moderators can focus on their campus
  • Community Building: Smaller, more connected prayer communities

How to Assign a User

During Invitation

  1. Send an invite as usual
  2. In the location field, select their primary location
  3. They'll be assigned when they accept

For Existing Users

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Click on the user
  3. Click "Manage Locations"
  4. Select their location(s)

Multiple Locations

Users can be assigned to multiple locations:

  • Primary Location: Their default view, shows first
  • Additional Locations: They can switch between these

Use Cases

  • Pastors who serve multiple campuses
  • Worship leaders who rotate
  • Prayer team leaders overseeing regions

Location-Specific Permissions

Moderators assigned to a location:

  • See that location's requests first
  • Can moderate location-specific requests
  • Appear in that location's leadership list
Admins:
  • Can see and manage all locations
  • Not restricted by location assignment
