Setting Up Multiple Locations

Multi-Location Setup

PrayerConnect supports multi-campus churches with location-specific prayer walls and teams.

Plan Requirements

Multiple locations require:

• Growth Plan: Up to 5 locations
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited locations

Check your current plan at Settings → Billing.

Adding a Location

1. Go to Settings → Locations
2. Click "Add Location"
3. Fill in the details:

- Location name (e.g., "Downtown Campus") - Address - City/State - Contact info

1. Save

Location Details

Required Information

• Name: Unique, identifiable name
• Address: Physical location

Optional Information

• Phone: Location-specific contact
• Email: Location-specific email
• Service Times: When services occur

Managing Locations

Edit a Location

1. Go to Settings → Locations
2. Click the edit icon
3. Update details
4. Save changes

Disable a Location

If a location is temporarily closed:

1. Click the location
2. Toggle "Active" off
3. It won't appear in location selectors

Delete a Location

1. Click the delete icon
2. Confirm deletion
3. Existing prayers from this location become "General"

Location-Specific Features

Prayer Wall

Each location can have its own prayer focus with "Location Only" privacy level.

Team Assignment

Assign moderators to specific locations for focused management.

Analytics

View prayer activity by location in your dashboard.

Best Practices

Naming Conventions

Use clear, consistent names:

• ✓ "Downtown Campus"
• ✓ "North Campus"
• ✗ "Location 1"

Service Times

Add accurate service times to help prayer warriors know when to pray for services.

Local Moderators

Assign at least one moderator per location who knows that community.
