Adding Your Team

PrayerConnect works best with a team. Invite your pastors, prayer team leaders, and volunteers to help manage your prayer ministry.

How to Invite Team Members

Step 1: Navigate to Users

1. Click Settings in the sidebar
2. Select the Users tab
3. Click Invite Team Member

Step 2: Enter Details

Fill in the invitation form:

• Email Address: The person's email (required)
• Full Name: Their display name (optional)
• Role: Choose their permission level

Step 3: Choose a Role

Step 4: Send the Invitation

Click Send Invite. The person will receive an email with a link to join your church on PrayerConnect.

Managing Invitations

View Pending Invites

Go to Settings → Users to see:

• Active team members
• Pending invitations (not yet accepted)
• Their roles and join dates

Resend an Invitation

If someone didn't receive their invite:

1. Find them in the pending invites list
2. Click the resend icon
3. A new invitation email will be sent

Cancel an Invitation

1. Find the pending invite
2. Click the delete icon
3. The invitation link will no longer work

Tips for Building Your Team

Start Small

Begin with 2-3 trusted leaders who can help moderate and respond to prayers.

Define Responsibilities

• Moderators: Review and approve incoming requests daily
• Admins: Handle settings, branding, and team management

Train Your Team

Share these help articles with new team members so they can get up to speed quickly.
