Submitting a Prayer Request
PrayerConnect makes it easy to share your prayer needs with your church community.
From the Prayer Wall
Step 1: Click "Share a Prayer Request"
Look for the button at the top of the prayer wall. It's usually labeled "Share a Prayer Request" or has a + icon.
Step 2: Fill Out the Form
- Title: A brief summary of your request (e.g., "Prayer for healing")
- Description: Share more details about your prayer need
- Category: Choose a category like Health, Family, or Gratitude
- Privacy Level: Decide who can see your request
Step 3: Choose Your Privacy
| Level | Who Can See |

| Church Only | Only logged-in church members |
| Location Only | Only members of your specific location |
Step 4: Submit
Click "Submit Prayer Request" and you're done! Depending on your church's settings, it may need moderator approval before appearing on the wall.

Tips for Effective Prayer Requests
- Be specific: "Please pray for my mother's surgery on Tuesday" is better than "Please pray for my family"
- Include praise: Share answered prayers and gratitude too
- Update regularly: Let people know how God is working
- Respect privacy: Avoid sharing others' personal details without permission
