Email Notifications
Keep your team informed about prayer activity with automated email notifications.
Accessing Notification Settings
Go to Settings → Notifications to configure.
Available Notifications
For Moderators
| Notification | Description |
|---|---|
| New Request Submitted | Alert when someone submits a prayer |
| Request Pending Approval | Daily digest of requests needing review |
| Prayer Milestone | When a request reaches prayer count milestones |
For Admins
| Notification | Description |
|---|---|
| All moderator notifications | Everything above |
| Daily Summary | Overview of prayer activity |
| Request Marked Answered | Celebration alerts |
Configuring Options
Immediate vs. Digest
- Immediate: Get notified right away
- Daily Digest: One email per day with all activity
- Weekly Digest: Summary once per week
Who Receives What
- All moderators
- Only admins
- Specific team members
User-Level Settings
Individual users can customize their preferences:
- Go to Profile
- Click Notification Preferences
- Toggle each notification type
- Save changes

High Activity Churches
Use daily digests instead of immediate notifications.Low Activity Churches

Not Receiving Emails
- Check spam/junk folder
- Verify email address in profile
- Ensure notifications are enabled
- Contact support if issues persist
Too Many Emails
- Switch to digest mode
- Disable non-essential notifications
- Reduce notification recipients
